Oh wow, where to start! We have so much we all HAVE to learn from this HUGE social media #fail! – Erm well so guys like Myrland Marketing and “the strategy room blog” would have you believe…

So in case you missed it here is what happened:

So what can we learn from this…

Well there is actually just one very simple lesson: DON’T BE A BASTARD! – that is it, nothing else. If you’re a bastard people will hate you, simple.

This isn’t a social media fail, it’s a Kenneth Cole is a human being who made a bad judgement call fail.
